So....

I got behind again. Which makes me not want to post about anything because I missed so much.   Here is a quick photo update of stuff since November.

Toby Turned 4 on Thanksgiving. 

We had his birthday dinner the night before.

 We taped his finger up to help him stop sucking his finger.  Now that he stopped we got to go to McDonald's Playplace.

 Nellie's first Thanksgiving meal.

 Cousin Cookie Decorating party.

 We went to the field Museum.  Everyone Loved the Mummies the best.

Christmas was a blast!

We made footprint nativity scenes.

 We lit the advent wreath the First Sunday of Advent.

 Cousin Christmas play (for those who ended up participating)

 Lucy's Dance Company danced at Navy Pier.

 We stayed ALL day and did all the rides and went ice skating.

 

 

We drank sparkling apple juice to help ring in the new year.

 My Brother Larry and his wife are expecting their first baby in early March.  Lucy knit the new baby a hat all by herself.

We spent the night at Keylime Cove, a hotel in Gurnee with an indoor waterpark.  It was 8 degrees out and we told the kids we were going to join the polar bear club and swim outside.  They were totally game, although did get a little nervous in the car.  Boy were they surprised when we drove up.

 They were exhausted from the day and a half spent swimming.  Caleb and Lucy were found sleeping like  this, but moved back into normal positions on their own within minutes.

 Maybe I can keep up now!
